While we’ve recently ventured into specializing in gates, our roots go back to early 2019, when we operated a successful property maintenance company. Back then, we honed our skills across a variety of services—from painting and decorating to decking, carpentry, and even some gate installation work. Building on that foundation, we’ve decided to expand our expertise and focus on creating bespoke gates that enhance the beauty and security of your property with the added option for installation through our other company MB Sykes Handy Services.

For customers located anywhere across mainland UK, we’ve got you covered with nationwide delivery options via FedEx. Where are you based ?

Just Gates Tamworth is located in the town of Tamworth not far from Birmingham within Staffordshire.

Do you have a showroom to view some examples of the gates ?

As it currently stands the showroom is still under renovations with aims to be open by the early summer, but there are many examples of our gates over the website.

Are your items stocked or manufactured to order ?

All gates are custom made to your specific order and dimensions and ready to be shipped within 3 working days (although we will strive to have any ordered gates made in 24 hours)

Alternatively any accessories you see are stocked by us usually sent out within 24 hours.

How long is manufacturing and delivery ?

Upon ordering a gate, we will have it manufactured and ready to ship within 3 working days but we aim to manafacture within 24 hours of order, with any accessories ready to ship out within 24 hours aswell,

After this time, Fedex will have it delivered to yourself within 2-3 working days.

How does delivery work ?

Any deliveries within 10 miles of our lacation will be hand delivered by a member of our team,

Any delivers within Mainland UK will be delivered by Fedex, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Alternatively there is an available option for pick-up at checkout as well.

Do you offer delivery outside of Mainland UK ?

Unfortunately, delivery is only available inside Mainland UK at this time.

What is your returns policy ?

Returns are accepted on all accessories for damages or issues, however any gates ordered are final sales unfortunately due to the fact they are custom made to order. This means it is vital that any measurments you provide prior to ordering are accurate and verified by yourself.
